contrast is an exhibition of contemporary photography highlighting analogue formats and techniques. Bringing together artists from across the North West, the exhibition features artists that use analogue photography in their work, in contrast to the ongoing development of digital formats. By inviting each artist to submit work made using analogue techniques, the exhibition brings together a variety of subject matter and styles. Importantly it also demonstrates a range of photographic formats, from Polaroids to hand-coloured prints, and in some instances a combination of analogue and digital processes.

The exhibition will also be open daily, 10am - 4pm from Monday 5^th – Sunday 18^th September

Exhibiting Artists include; Craig Atkinson/Café Royal Books; Anita J Burrows; Rebecca Chesney; Christopher T Finch; Joe Kennedy; Robina Llewellyn; Sarah O’Donnell; Nathan Pendlebury; Lucy Ridges; and Laura Sumner.
